Responsible Gambling

At Mines (1Win), we're committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all our players.

If you or someone you know is struggling with problem gambling, please seek help from the following resources:

• National Gambling Helpline: call 0808 8020 133
• GamCare: visit gamcare.org.uk
• BeGambleAware: visit begambleaware.org

We encourage players to gamble responsibly and within their means. To do this, you can set limits on your deposits, losses, or gaming time.

• Set a deposit limit: This is the amount of money you want to spend on gaming each day/week/month.
• Set a loss limit: This is the amount of money you're willing to lose while playing.
• Set a session time limit: This is how long you want to play for in one go.

You can also take breaks from gaming or self-exclude yourself if needed.

Mines (1Win) takes responsible gambling seriously and is committed to providing players with the tools they need to gamble responsibly.
